At Living Depot, we work with a network of trusted suppliers and logistics partners to bring you a wide range of quality products at competitive prices. As a result, some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers and delivery times may vary.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may be longer during peak periods, promotional events, or public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are:
- 7–15 business days for most orders.
- Certain products, remote locations, or high-demand items may take up to 20 business days to arrive.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
Multiple Shipments
As we source products from multiple suppliers, items within the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, product size, weight, and supplier requirements.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow a few days for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:

Living Depot cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete.
Living Depot is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping details supplied at checkout.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs where applicable
We will investigate the matter and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver throughout South Africa.
Delivery to remote or outlying areas may require additional transit time.
